Widow and older daughter need leaky basement advice in NOVA


Cracks in viewable outside above ground wall in one corner. Opposite corner on other side
by addition built over crawl space also has lost concrete color over cinder blocks.
They worry about finding reputable company that won't take advantage of. Also may need roof replacement for their 1970 house in Fairfax county in Centreville, VA. area.

Any ideas for good companies from good Hokies here appreciated.
